Hercules Industries Acquires Passage Supply Co.
 

The acquisition marks Hercules’s 20th location nationwide.

Hercules Industries, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of high-quality HVAC sheet metal products and equipment, has acquired El Paso, Texas-based Passage Supply Co., a distributor of HVAC products. The company also has operations in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

“This acquisition marks Hercules’s 20th location nationwide and our first venture into the Lone Star state, further demonstrating Hercules’s ability to meet our strategic goal of rapid geographic expansion,” said Andy Newland, CEO of Hercules Industries.

“In addition, we are pleased that Ron Paschich, who owns and operates Passage Supply Co., will join the Hercules team and remain responsible for El Paso operations, which will now be Hercules’s second-largest branch,” Newland added.
